Since 2012, the Gran Orden de Caballeros del Vino has been delighted to award a prize of one year’s Honorary Membership and a study trip to Spain – as a guest of GOCV and in association with Wines from Spain – to the student/s from the UK wine & spirit trade who achieved outstanding results in the WSET Level 3 exams.
The 2019 students to win the GOCV prize are Madelaine Riley and Matthew Huband – who will spend a week in November (2019) on a guided trip travelling round wineries to study in-depth the wines of north eastern Spain.
